My name is Najila Rahimi. Director of the Third Semester Departments at the Afghanistan Youth Institute, from Herat Province.

In the years when the path of education for many young people was accompanied by challenges and limitations, I believed that stopping was not the end of the road; rather, it was an opportunity to find new paths. With this belief, along with online education, I tried not only to continue my own learning path but also to play a role in guiding and supporting other students.

The Path of Leadership in Education
Today, I am proudly in a position where I can play a role in the academic growth of students. The experience of online education taught me that leadership is not only management; it is also inspiring, accompanying, and creating hope in the hearts of others.

My message to students
Don’t wait for ideal conditions. Take advantage of every opportunity to learn and believe that with effort, discipline, and perseverance, a bright future can be built.
